Sire: Barrymoor Dorian

Dam: Gypsy
Gypsy & Tammy at just hours after she was born.

Tammy was born this unusual pewter colour with blue eyes. The blue remained for nearly four weeks before slowly turning a light brown.

I believe, though i've yet to submit hair for genetic testing, that Tammy is black buckskin / smokey black
ie. black + cream. It is also possible that she should also carry a dun gene from Dorian.
When she shed her foal coat, she had a lot of gold through her coat, and even now as a three year old,
you can see gold on the back of her thighs, in the folds behind her knees, and behind her ears.
Tammy's dam, Gypsy, also looks to be carrying the 'sooty' gene (again, untested) as well as strong
counter shading, as she has s definite dorsal stripe all year around even though there is no known
dun in her pedigree. So Tammy could possibly carry a whole gamut of colour genetics, and
i look forward to seeing what will come from future pairings.
